From NASDAQ:

AirFiber represents Ubiquiti's first proprietary in-house radio design effort that was purpose-built for the Wireless ISP Industry. It operates in the license-free 24GHz band, ultra low-latency 1.4Gbps throughput performance with a disruptive price point make it a key building block for the next-generation outdoor wireless broadband networks. As the name implies, it provides optical fiber network performance without the significant capital costs associated with fiber cable network deployment. The AirFiber radio uses an innovative dual antenna design which enables Frequency Division Duplex, Time Division Duplex, and Ubiquiti's patent-pending Hybrid Division Duplex modes of operation.
