I'm confused about Pgp, how do I get this? I'm not about to pay for it.

GnuPG is a free implementation of Pgp. It's sort of notoriously user-unfriendly, though it's a little bit better if you're using anything unix based. (mac, linux, what have you). The software is available, along with documentation from [[1]]
